Eurecat presents StepUP during a session on challenges of R&D&I projects organised by ETSAB – Barcelona School of Architecture

David Masip, architect and researcher from Eurecat, presented the StepUP project during the session “Challenges and strategies for the development of R&D&I projects” organised as part of the Innovation and Technology master of ETSAB – the Barcelona School of Architecture. The event took place last November 21st in the Polytechnic University of Barcelona facilities.

The presentation delivered was focused on the challenges and strategies for the development of innovative research and development projects, offering to all students attending the event a brief introduction of some projects developed in the European framework.

During his intervention, David Masip took the opportunity to present the StepUP project, which is developing innovative solutions and technologies aimed at transforming the energy renovation market and making the decarbonisation of existing buildings a reliable, attractive and sustainable investment.

The ETSAB is the largest and oldest school of architecture in Catalonia that has the objective to serve society as a whole, with a strong commitment to architecture and a contemporary, habitable and cultured city, and with a special sensitivity for public, democratic and quality space.
